CALLBACKS: The Devastator Babies, The Devastator Babies: Skip Roep
Hey guys, welcome to another boring installment of my comic strip where nothing ever happens.
Beat panels!
CALLBACKS: The Devastator Babies
That’s right, it’s a storyline, and it features Skip from Owen Heitmann’s Basic Wage Kids. I’ve been looking forward to this one.
(Skip will actually physically show up in the next strip.) (Skip will actually physically show up later, but not in the next strip. We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience as a result of Skip’s delayed appearance.)
The above is a recently commissioned piece of artwork for Peter Metzger, who asked me to draw him a tray of our finest meats and cheeses. Actually mailing it to him was an adventure in itself; first, I accidentally mailed him an empty envelope, then the next day remembered the commission, but forgot the envelope to mail it in. Third time’s the charm, as they say. Peter is now in possession of his drawing of a tray of our finest meats and cheeses, and all is well.
Are you interested in commissioning some artwork from me? Shoot me an email (Jackson at thesketchy dot com) and let me know what you’ve got in mind!
CALLBACKS: And You Can’t Stop Me
Yeah, I’m kinda phoning it in today. You are probably already aware that life is more important than comics, but this strip is my reminder to me.
See y’all next week at the usual time. Enjoy your weekend.
Here, everyone. Have some more nigh-verbatim cartoonized conversations from my workplace.
Also have a desktop. Assuming that you haven’t had it already, I mean.
There are various sizes to fit your desktop available on the extras page.
