CALLBACKS: Hot Tub Nostalgia Machine: A Link to the Past, It’s Not Like We Played These Games for the Plot, Anyway, the Eighties

Brian Russell of The Underfold continues to be a guest. He is welcome anytime, as long as he doesn’t mind having his entire past fabricated by the demented retcons of the cartoonist.

  1. Ha-HA! Go Hungary! πŸ˜€
If you can figure out why I just said that you’ll get a beer from me.(Okay you won’t cuz I won’t mail a beer to the US, but you’ll have my greatest respect! :D)

Also yeah kids love messing around with unbeatable games, like the ones that are about putting the right shape into the right hole. Ya know how fun it was last week for me to finally finish one of those things. Next one will be to put numbers in a row. XD

    1. I’m still trying to figure out the Hungary thing. My best guess is that either the Rubik’s cube was invented in Hungary, or else it’s a pun on how we’re “hungry” for the fish I’m cooking? (Probably not the last one.)

I hear that if you beat the peg game, you unlock a bonus level, and in the bonus level you identify colors.
