It's a stand-up comic.
“I’m a stranger from the internet!”
this made me chuckle, partly because he looks a little like a college version of me, who was a stranger from the internet who you put in your comics. Except for the eyes; his eyes look like Gunk’s from the comic strip “Curtis.”
The stranger from the internet certainly does have College Peter Metzger’s hair. The eyes were inspired by Toothpaste for Dinner!
