One of the best parts of creating a webcomic is interacting with you, the readers. However, automated spambots attempt to inundate my comments section with links to questionable internet locations, and I have to employ a comment filter to keep out the spam! Most of it is obnoxiously blatant (e.g. anything referring to a “weblog,” a “publish” or an “argument”), but from time to time I come across something that is actually amusing. Here are a few from my most recent sweep of the spam filter:
On The Devastator Babies: Burning Bridges, voyance Gratuite writes:
“Fastidious respond in return of this issue with solid arguments and explaining the whole thing regarding that.”
Voyance Gratuite, do you mean Skip’s argument, or James’?
On The Total Quarterback Rating Explained, Allan Ebbighausen writes:
Infos utiles. Espoir de voir plus de bons messages à l’avenir.
which is probably really funny if you know French.
And on Strip Search 3 Flatulence And Country Fair, stack on safes writes:
A formidable share, I just given this onto a colleague who was doing just a little analysis on this. And he in actual fact purchased me breakfast as a result of I found it for him.. smile. So let me reword that: Thnx for the treat! But yeah Thnkx for spending the time to debate this, I feel strongly about it and love studying extra on this topic. If attainable, as you change into expertise, would you thoughts updating your weblog with more particulars? It’s highly useful for me. Big thumb up for this blog submit!
So, stack on safes, is your colleague a gastroenterologist? I’m glad you found my fart-joke comic strip so informative, and I hope your friend got you the chili cheese fries. Honestly not too sure what the size of your thumb has to do with anything.
